This Thanksgiving, come join us for our special “Grateful Heart Yin”—a yearly tradition to ground us in gratitude and stillness before the day unfolds. Through gentle, heart-opening Yin postures, we’ll honor the beauty of the present moment + nurture a deep sense of peace. A guided gratitude meditation will start our practice, followed by slow, soothing poses to help release tension and cultivate calm.
