oin us on November 16th at 12pm for a special Artisanal Sourdough Loaf-Making Workshop! Susan from Hawthorn Pastures will guide you through the entire process of creating a delicious loaf from scratch. You’ll learn about proper mixing, kneading techniques, and shaping your dough for the perfect rise. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have your own loaf to take home, finish, proof, and bake. This hands-on experience is perfect for beginners or seasoned bakers wanting to refine their skills—just in time for holiday baking!
Pre-register is $50 or pay $60 the week of the event (after Nov 9th). With your registration, you’ll receive a professional Danish dough whisk for perfect sourdough mixing— as well as enjoy a fresh-baked sourdough snack and special botanical beverage.
